I do not accept cash payments. PLEASE NOTE – I am unable to travel for trials, these are always carried out in my studio.

For weddings of 2 hours or more away, overnight accommodation is required.

For weddings of five or more person’s, early weddings or wedding preparations that take place across two venues, an Assistant may be required to work with me. Costs for employing an Assistant is charged at a flat rate of £80 for a two stylist booking.

On a Friday or Saturday, during peak season 1st April through to 30th September , ELR has a minimum spend of bride plus 2 or £440 for all bookings, this does not include mileage, or trials for bridesmaids/groomsmen, mum or guests, however it does include a two hour trial for the bride/groom. The price agreed at the time of booking is final ensuring you are not affected by any price increases. However, if there are any additions or changes to your original booking, these will be charged at the rate at the time of adding. Reductions to a booking are accepted but must not fall below the minimum spend.

TRIALS

Trials are generally carried out on Tuesdays during the day in my studio only. This is because ELR is busy with other clients on other days. The client should bear this in mind when booking a trial as annual leave may need to be taken for this. Weekend trials during peak months (April-September) are unavailable due to the busy wedding season. If a trial date is booked on a weekend out of season, ELR reserves the right to change the trial date, to accommodate a wedding booking.  It is recommended that the client books their trial at their earliest opportunity from when you are notified of my available dates which will be sent to you on the three months before your wedding. Trails are booked on a first come first served basis.

ELR recommends a trial for the whole party, this is a recommendation only and at the discretion of the client. ELR will not be held responsible if a desired style does not meet expectations and no refund will be given. ELR recommends that all the Party make themselves familiar with my portfolio, Instagram, and Facebook to ensure they are happy and confident with the booking.

It is of utmost importance that the client and their party are happy with the result of a trial. However, if anyone is not happy, it is asked that you say so at the time of your trial to enable the ELR to put things right. If after a trial any member of the party are not happy, you are asked to contact ELR immediately, again to give the opportunity to resolve the matter. Retrials without charges are solely at the ELR’S discretion.

Photographs and notes will be taken at the trial. These are for ELR’s records only and will not be sent to the client. You are welcome to take your own photographs.
On the wedding day itself, it may be necessary to deviate from the precise original style. This could be because of a haircut, a change in hairstyle or simply because of the creative nature of the job.

WEDDING DAY

ELR will arrive at the agreed venue at the agreed time. Good lighting is required along with a low back chair and mirror located near a plug socket. A small table to set up a workstation is also extremely helpful.

ELR will aim to have the whole party’s hair finished approximately one hour before the party need to leave for the ceremony. ELR will stay with the client and party until it is time for them to leave, this is to ensure everyone is totally happy and looking and feeling fabulous.

ELR will not accept any additions of extra people for styling on the day of the wedding without payment. This includes fitting of hair accessories to people who have styled their own hair or been styled by another person. Additional persons will not be taken on unless ELR has completed all members in the agreement first.
ELR will not be held responsible for any delays due to any member of the party being late or not complying with these terms and conditions or any agreed timetable.

If ELR can fill your booking with an alternative like for like wedding, a refund will be issued excluding earned costs, trial costs and any mileage, parking or surcharges. If another booking cannot be secured and your booking remains unfilled, the above cancellation charges will apply regardless of the circumstances.

In the unlikely event of the client being  forced to postpone their wedding to a later date (i.e., Due to government closures on your wedding date), ELR will use all reasonable endeavors to transfer the services to a new date at no further cost (excluding additional trial).

If a client chooses to postpone their wedding, this will be taken as cancellation of their existing booking resulting in the loss of their reservation fee. The new date will be treated as a new booking and charged at the rate at the time of  re booking.

In either circumstance, the client is kindly asked that they communicate with ELR and offer some date options (min two) before securing the venue to allow ELR the chance to fulfil the booking. If a minimum of two options are not offered and the client goes ahead with a new date, resulting in ELR not being available, this will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.

The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.

Cancellation by Everyone’s looking Rosie – In the unlikely event of ELR having to cancel due to circumstances out of their control, any monies spent (excluding earned costs, i.e. Trial mileage, parking and surcharges) will be refunded in full. If no trial has taken place you will receive a full refund. ELR will endeavor to find you a suitable replacement hairstylist of the same standard, however this cannot be guaranteed.
